Refund Policy

Caught Up is a digital product delivered instantly: buying app access or a pack unlocks it on your device the moment your payment goes through. Because of that, purchases are generally final — but we'd rather make it right than leave you stuck.
When we'll refund you
- You were charged but never received access (unlock tokens never arrived and our team couldn't get you in another way).
- You were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase.
- A pack or the app itself was broken in a way that made it genuinely unplayable, and we couldn't fix it for you.
Reach out within 14 days of your purchase at the email below, from the same email you used at checkout, and we'll sort it out — usually a fix, occasionally a refund.
What we won't refund
Simply changing your mind, not enjoying the game, or a group not getting around to playing isn't grounds for a refund — same as any other instantly-delivered digital purchase. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your app/pack access will be revoked once the refund is processed.
