Refund Policy

Caught Up is a digital product delivered instantly: buying app access or a pack unlocks it on your device the moment your payment goes through. Because of that, purchases are generally final — but we'd rather make it right than leave you stuck.

When we'll refund you

Reach out within 14 days of your purchase at the email below, from the same email you used at checkout, and we'll sort it out — usually a fix, occasionally a refund.

What we won't refund

Simply changing your mind, not enjoying the game, or a group not getting around to playing isn't grounds for a refund — same as any other instantly-delivered digital purchase. If you're unsure whether Caught Up is for you before buying, the marketing site's "How it works" section and FAQ walk through exactly what you're getting.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your app/pack access will be revoked once the refund is processed.
